On-line entries are available at Ba-Ray and the premium can be downloaded by clicking on this link.  The Rainier Sporting Dog Association Group Show is the first of four days of dog events in Enumclaw that includes a number of specialty shows, the weekend Olympic Kennel Club shows, barn hunts, dock diving competition, seminars and herding demonstrations.
